Remodelled 1930s house

This developer client approached us to see whether an old 1930s house could be remodelled to provide modern living accommodation and recreational facilities. Our ideas helped convince him to keep the existing building - usually the most sustainable building solution - and add a wing containing pool and gym facilities, as well as a luxury master bedroom above. The project was given planning consent recently.
